Welcome to Omni by Evolvetech – a secure omnichannel communication platform designed to centralize and streamline customer engagement across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other messaging channels.
By accessing or using our services, whether cloud-hosted or installed on-premise, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Definitions
- "Client", "Customer", or "You": The organization or authorized user of the Omni platform.
- "End Users": The individuals or entities with whom you communicate using our platform.
- "We", "Our", "Us", or "Evolvetech": Evolvetech Corp., provider of the Omni platform.
- "Platform" or "Service": The Omni solution, accessible via cloud (hosted on AWS) or deployed on client infrastructure (on-premise).
2. Deployment Options
- Cloud-Hosted: Our cloud version is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with industry-standard SSL encryption.
- On-Premise: Clients may opt to host the solution internally with support from Evolvetech.
3. System Availability
We commit to 99.9% uptime on our cloud-hosted infrastructure, excluding planned maintenance or force majeure events.
4. Support and Ticketing
All support requests must be submitted via our Jira Ticketing System. Response time depends on your SLA.
5. Acceptable Use
The platform must be used only for lawful business purposes. Abuse, fraud, or spam is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Security and Privacy
Cloud data is SSL encrypted. On-premise clients are responsible for implementing their own security controls.
7. User Access and Credentials
You are responsible for managing and securing user credentials and reporting any unauthorized access.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Omni may integrate with third-party tools. You are responsible for third-party license compliance.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend access for violations or non-payment. You may cancel service per agreement terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Evolvetech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be published on our website and effective upon posting.
