Message delivery depends on third-party platforms and networks. Evolve Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their systems and credentials. Abuse prevention mechanisms may be applied.

4. Third-Party Services

WhatsApp messaging relies on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta’s applicable policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Evolve Tech, you agree to receive support updates, billing reminders, appointment confirmations, product and service announcements, and other account-related notifications.

Message frequency may vary (typically 1–5 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us, or by updating your preferences in your account settings at evolvetech.pro/account. For help, reply HELP or contact support@evolvetech.pro.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
